Our Process

Sandblast / Prep Metal for Coating
We sandblast the metal and carefully mask any areas that can’t be painted, like threads or critical surfaces.

Preheat Metal
We heat the metal to the exact temperature the powder requires so it will stick properly.

Lay the Powder
We apply a thick, even coat of powder, focusing on delivering equal coverage across the entire surface.

Cure Between Coats
We do a half cure if another coat is needed, or a full cure if it is a single-stage finish for you.

Final Oven Cure & Inspect
We finish the cure, pull the part from the oven, and inspect it; once it passes, we let the metal cool.

Cool, Inspect & Wrap
Once the part is cooled, we do a final inspection and then wrap it securely for pickup or delivery to you.
